At NLSwag.com, we are committed to providing quality apparel, gear, and team merchandise. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns for Standard (Non-Custom) Items
Returns are accepted on eligible non-customized items within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Customized Uniforms and Personalized Items
All customized uniforms and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes, but is not limited to, items with:
Player names
Numbers
Team-specific customization
Embroidery
Heat-pressed personalization
Roster-based orders
Made-to-order sizing or production
Size Verification
By placing an order for any customized uniform or personalized item, the purchaser confirms that all sizing has been reviewed and verified at the time of checkout.
Because these products are made specifically for the individual, player, or team, NLSwag.com cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues on customized items.
3. Exchanges for Eligible Non-Custom Items
Exchanges are available only for eligible non-custom items, and only while inventory remains in stock.
In many cases, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item, once approved, and place a new order for the correct size or product.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, in addition to any time required by your bank or credit card provider.
6. How to Request a Return
